I came to Roy with a desire to find a new house after a divorce and sale of my home in Durham. While he's quick (and quite witty, which made the whole process more fun), what struck me as most impressive was how quickly he learned what I found appealing in a house. He quickly found houses I hadn't seen in my own searching. It was clear that his taking the time to get to know me helped in finding houses perfect for my taste and (ahem) my cats. All the way down to that perfect sunny screened in porch for the cats and nice midcentury modern lines in my kitchen. I haven't yet bought anything, but I would certainly recommend him. I will sign with him when I do buy. (less)
